What happens to my information that I provide?
Your information is kept private. We pride ourselves on our customer confidentiality policy (please read our privacy policy) and we DO NOT and WILL NOT pass your information onto any third party.

How long will it take to get my print?
We aim to achieve a quick turnaround without sacrificing any quality along the way. We will provide you with a 'proof' copy for you to approve within a couple of days. Once agreed we aim to get your print or your file, depending on your option choice, to you within five to fourteen days. If it will be longer we will notify you beforehand.

Will I own my artwork?
Yes. Any designs we provide will be owned by you. We do not hold any copyright over your designs at all. Our policy is to provide you with a design and print service and not to claim ownership on any design we may provide.

How long will I have before I have to approve any artwork?
You will have 1 calendar month to approve any artwork that we provide. We feel that after looking at other companies offering similar services to ours that this is ample time to approve any artwork.

Do you keep copies of my print?
Yes. We keep a copy of your print on file so that when you need some more, we can speed up the time it takes, as we will already have an approved copy of your design.
