What happens to my information that I provide?
Your information is kept private. We pride ourselves on our customer confidentiality policy (please read our privacy policy ) and we DO NOT and WILL NOT pass your information onto any third party.
How long will it take to get my print?
Once your 'proof' copy has been approved you should get your print in around 5 to 7 days, depending on whether you chose the normal service or the 'speedy' service (extra fee payable). If there are any changes we will keep you informed. All quotes are priced using the 'standard' delivery time.
Will I own my artwork?
Yes, and no! Any print or website we provide will be owned by you. We do not hold any copyright over designs you give us to work with. Our policy is to provide you with a design and print service. Should you wish to use a design created by us on anything else, such as vehicle livery etc., you would need our permission and a small fee may be payable.
How long will I have before I have to approve any artwork?
You will have 1 calendar month to approve any artwork that we provide. We feel that after looking at other companies offering similar services to ours that this is ample time to approve any artwork.
Do you keep copies of my print?
Yes. We keep a copy of your print on file so that when you need some more, we can speed up the time it takes, as we will already have an approved copy of your design.
